Hailing from the other side of the giant pond Chris and his wife Alison purchased Silent World in 2005 leaving behind his job at British Telecom to live his dream of diving for a living.

Unlike many owners chris is involved in every aspect of the business can be found doing any range of things on a daily basis. Driving the boats, teaching technical & recreational classes, working the retail store and even cleaning the boats. How many other dive centers have you been to where you can find the owner at the docks filling tanks and cleaning gear.

Instead of just sitting at home talking about what should happen to make Silent World the best dive center in the world, chris is on the front lines with the rest of his team making it happen.

Originally hailing from the island of Corsica, Oliver has been a long time Floridian and is a well known charter boat captain and technical diver

Georgia born and bred, Dan joined Silent World first in the middle of 2011, and has since relocated down to the Keys and is one of the newest members of the Silent World crew. He is an Open Water Scuba Instructor, Rebreather diver and has aspirations of becoming a captain someday after studying at the prestigious Chapmans School of Seamanship. You can usually find him in the shop, or crawling around somewhere inside the belly of the Spiegel Grove with his Evo.

Michigan Uni graduate, John joined Silent World as under the internship program to learn the ins and outs of the Dive Charter Business. John is also a trimix gas blender and keeps our mixed gasses and boats running smoothly.
