The PADI Search and Recovery Specialty Course is intended as a safe
and supervised introduction to search and recovery diving. The course
will familiarize you with the skills, knowledge, planning,
organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and fun
of search and recovery diving. During the course you will learn to use
various search patterns to locate a submerged object. How to rig a lift
bag to bring a submerged object to the surface. And you will have the
opportunity to use these skills to locate, rig and lift a submerged
object safely to the surface.
PREREQUISITES:
Certified Advanced Open Water Diver - 15 years of age.
