Silent World has one of the best refund policies in the business! We will exchange any unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase if accompanied with original receipt and all packaging and documentation. All other refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Mail Order Purchases. Simply securely package the unused merchandise complete with the Return Form, original packaging and your receipt. Send it back prepaid and insured to: Silent World Dive Center, PO Box 2363, Key Largo FL 33037. Any damaged or used equipment will be returned to you at your cost.
A minimum of 72 hours notice prior to check in is required to cancel any pre-booked dive trip. If you have reserved space on our boat with a credit card and fail to show, or cancel within 72 hours of the reservation, a CANCELLATION CHARGE OF $50 per person will be applied to your card. (Public Holidays & weekends will be charged at full rate.) No refunds for cancellations or 'No Shows' after you have checked in and paid.
Dives canceled by Silent World due to weather or mechanical problems will result in a refund or rain check being issued that can be used on any future trip of equal or lesser value.
Multi-Trip Punch Cards. All cards must be declared at check in and punched by member of retail staff in the store prior to arriving at the dock. Once punched, that trip is forfeited. There are no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or transfers on punch cards.
All Dive instruction & guide reservations are secured with a 25% deposit on the total amount of the invoice. This deposit is non-refundable or transferrable.
All groups of six or more and private charters require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking, with the balance due on check-in. In the event the reservation is canceled the following schedule will apply in regards to refunds:
61+ Days notice: Full refund minus $100.00
30 - 60 Days notice: Full refund minus $200.00
15 - 29 Days notice: No refund on deposit
7 - 14 Days notice: No refund, additional 25% charged to card used to secure reservation
0 - 6 Days notice: No refund, remaining balance charged to card used to secure reservation
No refund if you have checked in at our store (paid and signed a release) and then fail to show up for a trip. In order to ensure a timely trips boats will not delay departure for guests who have not arrived at the dock by check in time.
