The PADI Open Water Diver Course is our entry level training for new scuba divers. It is your road to all the excitement and adventure of Sport Scuba Diving. The best part... You can start right away! And in just two weekends your certified. Begin by stopping in and placing a deposit on the class that best meets your schedule. You will then receive your student kit and Course DVD to make your home study easy and fun.

The first weekend of your course is devoted to the knowledge and skills you will need to be a safe diver. It begins at our in-store classroom. There your instructor will elaborate on the information you studied at home and any questions you may have will be answered. Then it's time to learn to use the equipment needed for scuba diving. You will be in the pool using scuba equipment the very first day of class! In the pool you will learn and practice the simple skills needed to comfortably complete a scuba dive.

The second weekend of your course is the "open water" portion. You will make two dives each day in a local lake or quarry. There you will demonstrate the skills you learned in the pool. If you have a vacation planned you can take part 2 of your class while on vacation. Ask for details. Learning to dive is fun and easy. After just two weekends you are ready to begin a lifetime of adventure exploring our underwater world.

Throughout your class a PADI certified instructor will be at your side.

Refund/Cancellation Policy Because class size is limited, we require a minimum of one week notice to refill your reserved space. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please inform us at least one week prior to the start of your class. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than one week notice, are nonrefundable. This helps us keep our costs down and your prices as low as possible. Thank you.
