The Site is the property of Silent World Scuba LLC ("Silent World") and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Silent World reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order a product, sign up for a class or make a reservation, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and payment information. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
We also monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve our site and identify problems.
