A suggested course for every
diver. Scuba diving is an equipment intensive sport and you should have
a working knowledge of how your equipment operates. Knowing how to care
for your equipment will help you get the most out of your investment.
| During the course you will learn: |
|---|
How Each Piece Of Equipment Works |
The Various Features Of Different
Brands & Models |
How To Care For Your Equipment |
| This course is not intended to be a repair clinic. That is
best left to those with the technical training, proper tools and access
to parts. But we will go over some simple in-field repairs that could
save a dive. You will see a regulator completely disassembled and see
what makes them tick. We will show you just what happens to your
cylinder during a visual inspection and hydrostatic test. What's the
difference between a piston and diaphragm regulator? You will find that
out as well as the answer to many other questions about your basic
scuba equipment. If you have your equipment already this course will help
you get the most from your investment. If you are thinking of
purchasing equipment, after the course you will be able to make a much
more informed purchase. |
